We are looking for a true sales hunter in the medical equipment field! The relentless, charismatic and competitive type. This role is positioned to work with our existing OEM medical customers and find more opportunities. You will open doors and connect with existing customers and expand into other areas selling a portfolio of products into a hospital setting.

The goal is to build the customer relationship, cultivate it, get the sales and let our team "farm" it as you go onto the next sale. If this is what you want, apply with us. The more detailed description is below.


Under the direction of the COO, this position will secure and develop and grow new key account and project sales. It will support select key accounts including and not limited to Aethon. This is an outside sales position requiring site travel to support sales, relationships, and customer site support and product inspections.

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (OEM focus) by prospecting and evaluating customers based on needs
  • Cultivate and expand sales on existing assigned customer opportunities
  • Demonstrate products and provide product application advice OR Provide support, information, guidance and recommend products
  • Traditional sales activity including prospecting, running meetings/presentations, proposal delivery, and closing the sale
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of product according to customer needs and objectives
  • Develop and implement a proactive sales plan to reach new clients
  • Review accounts, establish programs/contracts and pricing on the top accounts to produce incremental sales volume
  • Coordinate company technical engineering services to develop solutions for customer needs
  • Prepares price quotations, negotiates terms and conditions of sales within limits of authority
  • Develops data relative to marketing trends, competitive products and pricing and shares with senior leadership
  • Research and analyze sales opportunities
  • Log opportunities within CRM
  • Cross-sell Sandstone product line
  • Provides product sales training with reps and regional sales managers highlighting technical and operational benefits and features
  • Attend and support sales functions through seminars, events and tradeshows
  • Other duties as assigned

Travel Requirements:

No less than 25% travel, attendance at select trade shows, events and customer site meetings or installation of product.

Education and/or Experience

Associate or Bachelor degree or 8+ years of experience in related field.
